Built to your specification, not a catalogue
Most equipment sold in India is a fixed catalogue item. If the ward is narrow, the ceiling is low, the load requirement is unusual or the tender demands a particular steel gauge, a catalogue product simply does not fit.
XINIX manufactures in-house, so the specification is the starting point rather than a constraint. Manufactured in our own facility at Akanad, Ernakulam district, Kerala — direct factory supply, no reseller margin.
XINIX Innovations LLP builds on 15+ years of steel fabrication and clinical-furniture manufacturing through Steel Tech Industries, founded in 2011. That is fabrication experience applied to clinical requirements — precision welding, durable finishing and quality inspection at every stage.
What we manufacture to specification
- Hospital projects & fit-outs — complete department or ward furniture packages built to one consistent standard
- Institutional & bulk orders — medical colleges, nursing colleges, rehabilitation centres and NGOs
- Government tender supply — manufactured to published tender specification and drawing
- OEM manufacturing — white-label production for distributors and healthcare brands
- Dimensional variants — non-standard heights, widths, lengths and load ratings
- Material & finish changes — mild steel or stainless steel, powder-coat colour, upholstery grade
How a custom order works
- Send the requirement — a drawing, a photograph, a tender clause or simply a description of the problem.
- We revert with a specification and quotation — materials, dimensions, load capacity, finish and lead time in writing.
- Prototype where needed — for bespoke designs we build and photograph a sample unit for approval before batch production.
- Manufacture and inspection — produced in our Kerala facility with inspection through the process.
- Delivery and installation support — across Kerala and India.
Custom manufacturing — common questions
Can XINIX manufacture hospital furniture to our own drawings or specification?
Yes. XINIX manufactures to customer drawings, hospital standards or tender specifications. We work from a dimensioned drawing, a sample unit, or a written spec, and produce prototypes before batch manufacture.
What is the minimum order for custom manufacturing?
There is no fixed minimum. We produce single bespoke units for individual departments as well as bulk institutional batches. Pricing improves with volume.
Do you do OEM and white-label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture on an OEM basis for distributors and healthcare brands, including customer-specified finishes, colours and branding.
How long does custom manufacturing take?
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks for standard custom variants and 4–8 weeks for a fully bespoke design including prototype approval, depending on quantity and finish.
