Two patient groups, two sets of rules
A child's rehabilitation equipment has to grow with them, hold them securely without holding them still, and fit a room that is also a playroom. An older adult's has to support weight that is harder to trust, accommodate joints that no longer move freely, and make standing and transferring safe rather than frightening.
Neither is served by scaling a general catalogue up or down. Our paediatric and geriatric ranges are configured for their users from the start.
The paediatric and geriatric range
- Paediatric — CP chairs by age band, corner seating, walkers with adjustable seat, paediatric standing frames
- Geriatric — standing frames, tilt tables, rollators and walkers, transfer and mobility aids
- Shared — adjustable treatment tables, balance and conditioning equipment sized to the patient
Configured, then built
Seat, frame and support dimensions are set to the patient group and stated on the quotation. Units are fabricated, finished and checked before dispatch, then delivered and commissioned on site.
